Imbolc: The First Light (Courtyard Gathering)
Imbolc marks the midpoint between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox — the first quiet turning toward spring. The return of warmth. The beginning of light.
This gathering is a seasonal turning-point circle held outdoors in an intimate courtyard setting. We’ll move through guided meditation, breath, and simple organic postures to help your body meet what’s shifting. Some people experience this as grounding. Some as clarity. Some as tenderness or grief. All of it is welcome.
There is no pressure to share. No performance. Just a steady, held space to arrive, feel what’s real, and leave with a clearer sense of what you’re tending next.
