How It Works
Our small group gatherings are for people who feel a little out of place in most spaces — too deep, too sensitive, too aware, or simply tired of performing connection. These gatherings are intentionally small and gently guided, so you can exhale. No pressure to overshare — just a steady space to reconnect — with yourself and with others.
When you go a long time without being met, your body adapts. You stay “on.” You push through. You hold your breath without realizing it. Even when life looks fine from the outside, something inside feels tired — braced — alone.
Our small group gatherings are for people who want real connection — without pressure, small talk, or having to share their whole story to be allowed in. These spaces are intended to help you step out of survival mode for a moment and remember what it feels like to be human with other humans.
A different kind of connection
Everything we offer is designed with intention — the pacing, the container, and the way each experience is guided. Expect a calm rhythm, soft entry points, and enough structure to support depth without pressure. Whether you’re joining a cohort, a small group experience, or a seasonal gathering, the focus stays the same: making space for what’s shifting inside you — and letting it change shape in a room designed to hold it.
The Turning Season
The Turning Season is an intentional space where coming together at natural turning points helps you meet what’s shifting inside — the parts that steady, stir, tighten, or open as the season changes. A shared place to feel what’s happening inside you while being with others doing the same.
The Body Between Us
The Body Between Us is a 4–6 week cohort where being in real‑time connection with others lets the deeper layers of your system come forward. It’s a space for the parts we don’t usually show. You’ll be guided as a group, but each person stays with their own internal experience and pace.
The Body’s Descent
The Body’s Descent is a series of in‑person group experiences where meditation and organic movement help you move through internal states as they shift — settling, opening, unwinding, or changing shape. You’ll be guided as a group, but each person follows their own body and timing.
