Root down. Reclaim your rhythm.

About

How We Tend The Work

At Root + Reclaim, we believe healing begins in the body — with a return to what is natural, intuitive, and whole. We offer a sanctuary for nervous system care through trauma-informed coaching, somatic healing, narrative facilitation, and restorative group experiences.

Our practice is a weaving of science and spirit, where grounded techniques meet gentle, embodied awareness. Whether you're just beginning to tune into your body’s rhythms or seeking deeper integration, we walk beside you with compassion, curiosity, and care.

Our Philosophy

We are guided by the belief that every person holds an innate wisdom — a truth waiting to be remembered. Through our offerings, we invite you to:

  • Root into your body with softness and presence

  • Reclaim your sense of safety, expression, and connection

  • Restore your inner strength through deepened self-trust

And when your roots are steady, we believe rising becomes possible — with clarity, integrity, and aligned action.

Our Vision

To create a healing space where nervous systems feel held, where personal agency is honored, and where transformational care is accessible and sustainable.

Our Story: The Roots Behind the Practice

“In a world that demands constant motion, I found myself unraveling beneath the weight of urgency, disconnection, and burnout. The deeper I listened, the more I realized healing wasn’t a destination—it was a rhythm. One that began in the body, and echoed through every part of life.

This practice was born from lived experience and hard-won reclamation. From navigating trauma and repair, to sitting in the soft chaos of transformation—I began to gather the tools, practices, and rituals that helped me return to myself.

Root + Reclaim is the ground that grew from there. It carries the essence of slowness, seasonal wisdom, somatic care, and sacred witnessing. It is both a personal return and a communal invitation: To tend to what’s been buried. To name what’s true. To find rhythm again—one breath, one season, one sacred pause at a time.”
