Breana Kruithoff is a somatic healing practitioner, certified alcohol and drug counselor, and group facilitator with a background in community mental health. Her work is trauma-informed and rooted in a commitment to helping people find safety in their bodies.
Through From Root to Rhythm, Breana offers body-based coaching designed to help you root into safety, return to presence, and reclaim your rhythm. Sessions draw on somatic tools and sacred narrative work. Each session unfolds at your pace, blending grounding practices, gentle movement, breath, and reflection.

Individual sessions (in-person or telehealth) designed to reduce stress, ease burnout, and create safety in the body.
Trauma-informed coaching to help you untangle patterns that no longer serve and begin again with clarity.
Somatic and narrative practices that weave breathwork, grounding, and reflective storytelling into your healing journey.
Whether you are carrying loss, unraveling from burnout, or beginning again after rupture, these sessions invite your nervous system into a slower rhythm—a place where exhaustion can ease and healing can take root.

A Gentle Opening
We’ll start with a free 15-minute consultation — a space to meet, to ask questions, and to sense if this work feels aligned.The First Threshold
From there, we’ll hold a brief intake session over telehealth. This time is for grounding: to trace the outlines of your story, clarify your intentions, and create a shared foundation for what’s ahead.Stepping Into Session
After intake, we’ll move into your full one-on-one session. You may choose to meet in person or through telehealth, depending on what feels most supportive.
In-Person Gatherings
Root + Reclaim does not operate from a permanent office at this time. Instead, we collaborate with local partners to book private rooms as needed. This may require a bit of extra time for scheduling. For those who prefer, sessions can also take place outdoors — in parks, beneath open sky, where the body often remembers how to breathe more freely.
All equipment — yoga mats, cushions, and other supports — will be provided for you. You’re also welcome to bring anything that helps you feel more grounded — such as a water bottle, blanket, or journal to hold your reflections.
