What services do you offer?

Breana and Sarah provide complementary approaches to coaching, each offering a grounded, supportive space for meaningful exploration and growth. Sessions are available in 60- or 75-minute formats.
How is this different then therapy?

Our coaching sessions focus on body awareness, intuitive and narrative exploration, and personal meaning-making. It is supportive and grounding, but it is not psychotherapy and does not replace mental health care.
What happens in a session?

Sessions may include grounding, somatic awareness, intuitive reflection, exploration of patterns, discussion of creative work, or gentle examination of family and ancestral influences. There is no set formula; each session adapts to your pace, comfort, and needs.
Can sessions support creative work?

Yes. Writers and creatives can work with Breana to reconnect to imagination, explore character or story patterns, release creative blocks, or access a deeper intuitive voice. You do not need to bring finished writing—just the desire to explore.
