Rhythms for Communities
Discover immersive group sessions offered by Root + Reclaim—in collaboration with wellness spaces, healing collectives, and other intentional communities.
Our services include:
Staff wellness workshops designed to reduce stress, prevent burnout, and create a culture of safety within your organization.
Trauma-informed group coaching to help communities untangle patterns that no longer serve and move forward with clarity and connection.
Somatic and narrative practices that weave breathwork, grounding, and reflective storytelling into a shared healing experience.
Whether your team is carrying the weight of collective stress, seeking renewal after seasons of intensity, or beginning again after rupture, these gatherings invite your community’s nervous system into a slower rhythm—a place where exhaustion can ease and collective healing can take root.
Healing doesn’t just happens one-on-one, but in trusted circles—where nervous systems exhale together, and where movement, rest, and reconnection ripple outward. Rhythms for Communities brings that vision into form.
At Root + Reclaim, we know that healing gains power when it’s collective. That’s why we offer intentional group nervous system care sessions—designed for wellness centers, healing collectives, faith communities, and creative spaces. These aren’t drop-in events; they’re thoughtfully held experiences that help groups ground, reconnect, and regulate together.
Rhythms We Share
-
Multi-session programs designed to support those who serve. These gatherings weave nervous system education, somatic practices, and reflective dialogue, helping staff regulate stress, prevent burnout, and reconnect with their sense of purpose.
-
One-time, immersive sessions to recalibrate and renew. Each workshop is anchored in the turning of the seasons, offering grounding practices and collective reflection to help groups slow down, breathe deeply, and restore balance together.
-
Intentional circles for groups navigating stress, loss, or transition. These sessions use trauma-informed somatic and narrative practices — breathwork, grounding, and shared storytelling — to foster safety, connection, and resilience in community.
-
Interactive workshops equipping leaders, caregivers, and teams with nervous system care tools they can bring back to their communities. Sessions emphasize practical regulation skills, boundary-setting, and co-regulation practices.
-
Root + Reclaim collaborates with your organization to design sessions unique to your space — whether that’s a retreat, a faith-based setting, a shelter, or a creative collective. Each experience is tailored to your needs, goals, and culture.
Pricing includes preparation, facilitation, and all provided materials. Travel costs may apply for locations outside the St. Louis / St. Charles area. Root + Reclaim offers flexible structures and can adapt to your community’s budget and needs.
Entering the Work Together
Every community journey begins with a conversation. If your space feels drawn to this work, here’s how we begin:
A Gentle Opening
We’ll start with a free consultation call — a time to listen to your vision, explore your community’s needs, and sense how Root + Reclaim can support your people.
The First Threshold
From there, we’ll co-create the shape of your offering — whether it’s a single workshop, a seasonal reset, or a multi-session series. This step allows us to clarify goals, adapt practices to your setting, and ensure the program feels aligned with your community’s rhythm.
Stepping Into Gathering
Once the structure is set, we’ll move into your group sessions. These may be hosted in your own space, or in a partner location we help secure. Each gathering is held with care, weaving education, somatic practice, and shared reflection to foster safety and renewal.
Holding the Container
Root + Reclaim provides all necessary supports — yoga mats, props, and workbooks — so your community can arrive as they are. You’re invited to bring any additional elements that reflect your group’s spirit, whether that’s music, art materials, or space for journaling and dialogue.
